What is the minimum order quantity?

How long does an order take to ship?
In-stock pieces leave our warehouse within 48 hours. Out-of-stock pieces ship in 14 to 20 business days from order confirmation.
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally. Our largest partner bases are in the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, and we deliver to most major markets through established freight partners.
How is wholesale pricing structured?
Pricing is tiered across three partner levels, based on annual volume. We share full pricing once your application is verified — we keep numbers off the public page to protect existing partners.
Can urns be customized or co-branded?
Yes. Engraving and limited co-branding are available on most pieces. For fully custom commissions, lead times extend to 4–6 weeks. Speak to your account manager.
How are urns packaged?
Every urn ships in an individual retail-ready box, padded for international freight. Bulk-only packaging is available on request for distributor partners.
Is there a sample order program?
Yes. Order any urn at retail price; we credit the full sample cost back on your first qualifying wholesale order. One sample credit per partner.
What is your return and damage policy?
Damaged-in-transit pieces are replaced free of charge with photo documentation within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on non-defective wholesale orders.
