These Terms govern your use of www.stonlif.com (the "site") and any orders you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the site.

Who You're Dealing With

The STONLIF brand is operated by Sahil Wood Products, a sole proprietorship registered in India.

In these Terms, "STONLIF," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Sahil Wood Products. "You" refers to the person using the site or placing an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Products

Our urns are handcrafted. As a result:

• Slight variations in colour, grain, finish, and weight from one piece to another are inherent to the craft and not defects.
• Photography is taken in natural light against neutral backgrounds. Actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.
• Dimensions and capacity listed on each product page are accurate; we recommend the cubic-inch rule (approximately 1 cubic inch per pound of body weight before cremation) to choose the right size.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.
• Prices may change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete your order.
• For wholesale and partner pricing, please apply through our Wholesale page; pricing is shared after verification.

Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.
• This email confirms we have received your order, but does not yet form a contract.
• A contract is formed only when we ship the order — at which point you will receive a dispatch email with tracking.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch (for example, if we suspect fraud, if a product is genuinely unavailable, or if there is a clear pricing error).

Engraving and Personalisation

Engraved or personalised pieces are made to your specification. By approving the engraving details before production, you accept that the piece will be made as described and is final sale (except in the case of damage or our error). Full details are in our Custom & Engraved Items Policy.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping, delivery, and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Use the site to transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce any content from the site without our permission.
• Resell our products as new without an authorised wholesale agreement.
• Misuse our brand name, logo, photography, or other intellectual property.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site — including text, photography, logos, graphics, and the STONLIF name — is owned by Sahil Wood Products or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it commercially without our written permission. Personal use (e.g., saving an image to share with your family while choosing an urn) is welcomed.

Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review through our reviews tool (Judge.me) or any other public-facing feature:

• You confirm that the content is your own and accurate.
• You grant us a non-exclusive right to display, reproduce, and use it on our site and in marketing.
• You can request removal of a review at any time by emailing us.

We reserve the right to remove any content that is offensive, defamatory, or unrelated to our products.

Disclaimers

The site and our products are provided "as is." We do our best to keep the site accurate, secure, and available, but we cannot guarantee that:

• The site will always be available without interruption.
• Every piece of content on the site is free from typographical or technical error.
• The site is free from viruses or other harmful components.

For our urns, we warrant that they are handcrafted to the standard described on each product page. We do not make any other warranty, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products.
• Our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, India.

If you are an EU, UK, or other international customer, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms removes those rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
