STONLIF Shipping Policy

We ship every STONLIF order with care, free of charge, to most countries worldwide. Below is everything you need to know about how your urn travels from our workshop to your home.
Free Shipping, Always
Shipping is free on every STONLIF order — both within India and internationally. There are no minimum order values, no flat-rate fees, and no shipping surprises at checkout.
This applies to all standard delivery destinations served by our courier partners.
Processing Time
Before your order ships, it goes through a brief preparation period:
- In-stock pieces: dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Out-of-stock pieces: dispatched in 14 to 20 business days after order confirmation.
- Engraved or personalised pieces: add 7 to 10 business days for the personalisation work, on top of the times above.
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking the moment your urn leaves our workshop.
If you have an urgent timing need — for example, an upcoming service — please mention it when you place the order or write to us at contact@stonlif.com. We will do everything we can to prioritise your piece.
Delivery Times
After dispatch, delivery times depend on your destination and the carrier handling your shipment:
- Within India: typically 3 to 7 business days.
- International (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, EU): typically 7 to 14 business days.
- Other international destinations: typically 10 to 21 business days.
These are estimates from our carrier partners. Delays beyond our control — such as customs inspection, weather events, or carrier delays — may occasionally extend these times.
Carriers We Use
We ship through three trusted international carriers:
- DHL Express
- FedEx
- UPS
The carrier for your shipment is chosen based on your destination and the safest, fastest route available.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. As soon as your urn ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link. You can follow the shipment from our workshop to your door.
If you have not received a dispatch email within the processing window above, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside India:
- Import duties, customs fees, and any taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
- These charges are not included in your order total at checkout. They are billed separately by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.
- We declare your order accurately on customs paperwork. We cannot mark international orders as "gift" or under-declare value.
If you are unsure what duties may apply in your country, contact your local customs authority before placing an order.
Signature on Delivery
We do not require a signature for delivery by default. Carriers may, at their discretion, require a signature on high-value international shipments.
If you would like to request signature on delivery for your order, please email us at contact@stonlif.com before your order ships.
Lost or Stuck Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if the carrier marks the shipment as lost:
- Contact us at contact@stonlif.com with your order number.
- We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, send a free replacement.
Damaged on Arrival
If your urn arrives damaged:
- Email us at contact@stonlif.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the outer packaging and the damaged piece.
- We will arrange a free replacement immediately.

Address Changes
You can change your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the piece may already be in preparation for dispatch and changes may not be possible. Email us as soon as you can if the address needs updating.
Restrictions
We currently ship to most major countries. There are a small number of destinations we are unable to deliver to due to carrier restrictions or local regulations. If your address is not eligible at checkout, contact us — we may have an alternative routing option.
